Understanding Christian Missions
I am not a Christian?
I put myself as an agnostic for several years now. I was a servant in the Church and very devoted to my church, even as a teenager. I went to a youth group, went on mission trip, and attended all church services there for nearly four years. All this changed when I went to college. I took a course on world religions and class of religious philosophy, because I thought it would be interesting to explore different religions and thought that for fully understand my religion that I needed to get a better understanding of various world religions. After taking over, I saw the true basis of religion. And I came to faith aversion to Christianity. Then I became an agnostic. I think there is a higher power, but power is so indescribable that can not be written in a book or even put into words. I also think that more power and exsist in our ability to be good people. If it used to be a Christian, what changed your mind?

She is right: The first known use of this term (Christian) located in the New Testament of the Bible, Acts 11:26: "The disciples were called Christians first in Antioch. "The term has been used both to denote those known or to be disciples of Christ. Similarly, in two other New Testament uses the word (Acts 26:28 and 1 Peter 4:16) refers to the public identity of those who follow Jesus. "Your" Higher Power "is the same God who knew and felt in his heart like a child. It has never changed, he has, but it did not. My heart cries for you and I do not even know. He weeps because he Can not find (or even wanted it) God up to 8 1 / 2 years and I'm 42. I still remember the anguish I felt in my heart for so long. The emptiness of life thinking I would find the answer in a lot or across the stars. I remember too well. I do not want my worst enemy. I will pray for you …
