A Perfect Mitzvah Gift Book: Time Travel with the Kagans Kids to 10th Century Kiev $13.37 There may not have been any concept of Bar or Bat Mitzvah in 10th century Kiev ‘yet,’ but that wouldn’t stop the nearly grown children of the Kagan of the Khazars from arranging the appropriate rite of passage and blessing for the changing of the societies around them which they knew-the pagan Vikings, Rus, and Pechenegs surrounding Kiev, the Volga Finnic peoples of the Urals, the eternal Silk Road, Christian Byzantium to the south, the Caucasus Mountaineers, the grassland steppes, the rabbi-scholars of Constantinople and Spain, the Turks arriving from Central Asia, and the Islamic Caliphate of Persia and Baghdad to the East. Each encounter began a new concept and framework for their time-travel adventures. The garden of the Khazars is a storyteller’s paradise, especially during the time that their ruler’s family, friends, and associates turned Jewish, and the Kagan of the Khazars got tied up in the belly of a Viking Ship, rescued by his thirteen-year-old son, and his daughter, the teenage, time-traveling Princess Tarbagatay rode between the fourth and tenth centuries with the Queen of the Steppes. Welcome to anthropology through fiction and my series for all storytellers on tall tales of Medieval Khazaria. Let my first person proto-Bar or Bat Mitzvah gift story book novel, although fiction, guide you through the walkways of anthropology and ethnology in my Kagan’s Kids of Khazaria Time-Travel Adventures, the perfect book for a Mitzvah gift for thirteen to fifteen-year old readers and also for their parents. As an author of multicultural and multiethnic novels that reveal the nuances of anthropology through fiction-stories, novels, and plays-let this novel and the treat that follows be your mentor to open doors to new opportunities, choices, roads, and destinations. |

Join them in becoming acquainted with the very Jewish Messiah, with unfathomable, unconditional Love, and the key to enjoying a victorious, overcoming life.[What are the 4 major unanswered questions turning teens into Christian dropouts? Learn their answers at: http://www.templeandsword.com]In rural mid-western towns during the 1950′s, Kenna grew up in a very dysfunctional home. Never could she have foreseen that hers was a forerunner to millions of today’s families. While still a young wife and mother, Jesus began healing painful, oppressive memories. An artist, singer, and Bible teacher of over 34 years, she led her families’ gospel music ministry to the elderly, to large interdenominational groups, to prisons/juvenile detention centers, local radio and TV. Kenna has an architectural design degree, writes verse and designs her own Christian greeting cards and tracts, disciples inmates, is a speaker, and worship leader. Jesus has fulfilled her lifelong heart’s desire to illustrate children’s books, but more importantly to share her Friend and Healer.[Kenna's full testimony and contact: http://www.templeandsword.com] |

Not realizing that the children of atheists Christians / Jews / Muslims / and other religions are happy to be good too?
My children are 14 and 12 and gives me no problem. They are polite, respectful, well educated and often have complimented us on them. Playing with children of all races and creeds. They also elect volunteers in our local society of St. Vincent de Paul to help the poor. They are generous and tithes even a large part of their allowances in their choices. At Christmas, choose an angel Christmas tree Army Hi its own volition. No need to be raised as a humanist to the attention of humans. This is to counter the same question posted by an atheist. He called first and I just wrote the same question back. I'm not implying the children of non-believers are moral. I know they do. But the education of my children in much of the faith.
Having raised the question of origin, could be the sign that was in response to frequent statements Christians that atheists have no morals, and in their moral behavior comes only from God. I'm sure your children are too good, but because you raised in an environment of love, compassion, and not because of your faith.
