A Different Kind of Crazy: Living the Way Jesus Lived $14.99 Modern Christians profess to be authentic, but would rather wrap ourselves in Christianese than Christlikeness. A Different Kind of Crazy challenges you to take Jesus? teaching, and make it your own. As author, Lawrence W. Wilson points out, Jesus did not say, ?Repeat after me, ? as if the faith were a set of arithmetic tables to be memorized and repeated on command. He said, ?Follow me.? Are you ready to truly follow Jesus and experience a life your friends, family, and the world may see as A Different Kind of Crazy? Take a risk. Change your life. And grow more like Jesus. Am I Good Enough?: Preparing for Life’s Final Exam $1.99 I Ask Myself Every Day…“Am I Good Enough?” Christians claim that Jesus is the only way to heaven. But how could a good God, who created the entire universe in all its diversity, be so limiting? Is Christianity unfair? Isn’t it more fitting to believe that good people from any religious or nonreligious background go to heaven, rather than people from one particular belief system? Maybe not, says Andy Stanley. In this updated edition of the bestselling book, teen readers will find out why Jesus taught that goodness is not even a requirement to enter heaven—and why Christianity is beyond fair. Andy Stanley leads the next generation of young people to a grateful awareness of God’s enormous grace and mercy. If only good people go to heaven, would I make the cut? If Christianity is true, why is God so narrow-minded? And why aren’t the answers obvious?! They are. Find out why being “good enough” has nothing to do with heaven’s requirements, and why God is, in fact, not fair at all. Story Behind the BookAndy Stanley has a heart for families and a special place for today’s youth. Having served for many years as a youth and young adult pastor at a large church in Atlanta, his greatest goal was to lead a young person to Christ. With the success of his book How Good Is Good Enough and its acceptance as a widely used evangelistic tool, it was a natural step to refine this important question for the youth of today. Andy wanted to write a text that was aimed right at the heart of today’s young culture and put a cover on the book that would interest and attract them to it. Today’s youth are constantly looking for assurances in a crazy world. They get that assurance by learning that it is not how good you are, but that you are forgiven. |

Emerge $13.95 Emerge is the formula for helping graduating seniors and recent grads to be integrated into the local church in such a way that they continue to develop as leaders – whether they continue to serve in their campus organization, overseas, or in the local church itself. The first seven chapters are the main teaching for the emerging leaders – these are solutions to tricky riddles – riddles that derail young leaders from their quest for vision. The last two chapters contain the formula for how the local church can capture the hearts of these young leaders, and help them tap into their potential.Chapter 1: The Emerging Leader As young Christians grow through stages of follow-up and discipleship, some will become laborers and others will ultimately become leaders. This chapter is foundational in defining that process. Chapter 2: Know Your Friend, the Emerging Collegiate Leader Emerging Leaders in a college world have certain attributes and behaviors. They tend to develop quickly, and have strengths that follow fairly predictable patterns. These sorts of things seem to be way more mysterious than they need to be. This chapter explores who they are, what they want, and what they have to give. Chapter 3: Who am I and What Makes Me Tick Wouldn’t it be great to live in the strength of knowing yourself well? This chapter covers the basics of personality assessment, and how to grow to know who you are. Chapter 4: Transition to the Local Church WOW! The Local Church doesn’t look much like the campus world. In fact, NOTHING seems to look like dorm life. How does a college leader find their place in the world after graduation? Life will be different, even if staying in campus ministry. This chapter illuminates that crazy transition stuff. Chapter 5: Finding Your Sweet Spot So, where are you going? How are you going to get there? Wouldn’t it be great if you had some clue where you would be in five years? Maybe you’d like some ideas on how to get |

Wrestling With God $10.95 The Bible is full of persons who wrestle with God. As they stumble in their lives, they love and adore their Lord. They also scheme, lie, cheat, steal, quarrel, and fornicate. Abraham, the faith model for Jews, Christians, and Muslims, tells Sarah to lie; Sarah scolds God for ignoring her; Amnon rapes his sister; Judas recognizes Jesus unconditional love for him; Mary thinks that by distancing himself from her, Jesus hammered a spike into her breast; Peters wife crawls into their bed and snuggles up; Jesus relatives think he is crazy. In a word, as seekers of God the biblical characters mirror our lives. Like Jacob we limp away from the wrestling match. |
Crazy Christians

If we atheists, Christians call fool to believe in God, even if they have never experienced with our senses. more?
To say we are fools to believe in something we have never felt, hear, taste, touch or see. Can not say the samething for them to believe in evolution? They have never seen an evolution, he felt the changes at work, heard that he had tried, but I think. Do not have faith? Argument can go in either direction is what I want. What are your thoughts on this?
Uneducated Christians make my flesh creep. ~
